Russia will retain the volume of grain exports at amount of 20 million tons, Agriculture Minister Elena Skrynnik said at the Russian Govt. presidium, the govt. press service said.
According to the Mrs. Skrynnik her Ministry has updated the plans for this year’s corn crop cutting it to 85 million tons, due to dry summer.
Russia exports grain at $3.5 billion annually. By 2013 it is planned to increase revenue to $5 billion a year.
