Russian Transport Ministry establishes new rules for ship registration at seaports

The Ministry of Transport of Russia has prepared an order approving the Rules for Registration of Ships and the ship rights at seaports. The document has been posted on the Ministry official website.

Following the adoption of this order, the previous order of the Ministry dated 21 July 2006 N 87 "On Approval of Regulations for Registration of Ships and the ship rights at the sea trading port” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on July 26, 2006, N 8108) with modifications will be considered null and void.
