International and Russian port industry is interested in participating in the TRANSTEC-2010’s conference Future of Russian Ports

International and Russian port businessmen would be willing to participate in the conference "The Future of Russian Ports" to be held during TRANSTEC-2010 Expo, PortNews IAA reports citing the Expo organizing committee.

In addition to the key reports that have been confirmed from the leading port associations - IAPH and ESPO, Managing Director of Aegir Port Property Advisors (Miami, Florida, USA) Frank J. Pigna confirmed he would deliver a report "Opportunities for public-private partnership in Russian ports. Increase the value and cost parameters of ports and port assets” at the conference. Besides, the Chief of Break Bulk department of Port of Rotterdam will talk about "The experience of foreign ports. Port of Rotterdam - the largest partner of the Russian ports and shipping business”.

Deputy Director of Central Research Institute of Acad. Krylov Mr. Appolonov will joint the conference with his report on the development of port infrastructure (LNG terminal).

Representatives of stevedoring companies of Vanino Port, Rosnefteflot, the Port of Tallinn have confirmed their participation in the exhibition and conference.

The events program includes additional ASOP’s meeting to focus on IT-technologies development in the transport business with the participation of specialized industry professionals from Russia, France and Finland.
