Argus Neftetransport 2010 Conference to be held in Moscow, Dec. 2-3, 2010

International Transport Conference «Argus Neftetransport 2010" is scheduled to be held on 2-3 December 2010 in Moscow, the event organizing committee said.
 
The transport industry representatives will be discussing during the conference the most notable events, important trends and the most pressing industry problems:
  • changes in exports flows after the ESPO and BPS-2 became effective,
  • new terminals and the state policy in port development,
  • the pricing on the market of tanks leasing,
  • the evolution of rail traffic: from the domination of the Soviet era’s Ministry of railways to the promotion of market competition, the future costs of energy transportation by tankers,
  • if there is enough river-going tankers for exporters,
  • how many new ships Russian shipyards are ready to build.
Viktor Olersky, Deputy to the Russian Transport Minister is reported to attend the conference.

Besides, it is expected that spokespersons to N-Trance, Vopak EOS, Rosneftbunker, Russneft, Gazflot, Yukos-Transservice, Gazprom Neft shelf, Safinat, Tengiz Trans Group, Socar, the United Shipbuilding Corporation and other companies will address the conference.
