The Federal Tariff Service Board (FTS of Russia) has approved the rate of freight handling service provided by Primorsky Oil Terminal/Primorsky Trade Port (PTP, Leningrad region) for transshipment of crude oil at 79 r/ton ($2.52 a ton). The new rate is effective in due course, the FTS press service said.
Primorsky Oil Terminal (PTP, Primorsky Trade Port LLC) is the largest stevedore company of the Russian North-West Federal District, providing cargo handling services to oil companies for transshipment of crude oil supplied via the Baltic Pipeline System. Last year’s throughput of the company totaled 74,895,200 tons.
