Crude exports from Russia in Jan-Sept up 0.8% to 185,8m tons

Nine-month volume of Russian crude oil exports rose 8% from the 9 month period of 2009 to 185.8 million tons, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.

The share of oil exports in the total volume of Russian exports in January-September 2010 was at 34.8%, in exports of energy products – 50.9%.
In September, the average actual export price of crude oil amounted to $535.6 per metric ton, a 100.1% rise month-on-month. World’s market price for Urals Oil was at $565 p/mt in September, up 102.3% from this year’s August.

Refining on the domestic market in the 9 month period of the year amounted to 185,4 million tons, an increase of 5,1% compared with Jan-Sept, 2009.
