Memorandum on cooperation between the Russian oil company Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation, as well as a framework agreement on strategic long-term cooperation between Sovcomflot and the Chinese Petroleum Corporation were signed today in St. Petersburg in the next round of Russian-Chinese dialogue, led by Russian Vice Premier Igor Sechin and Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan.
Overall, there were six cooperation agreements in various fields of energy signed by the two parties.
