A number of Danish ports will tbe granted investment funds as part of the Danish national traffic package – the selected ports will share DKK 200 million. The Port of Thyborøn on the west coast of Jylland will be granted DKK 25 million to build new breakwaters and DKK 31 million to build a new dry dock.
The Port of Hanstholm has been granted DKK 30 million to increase the port’s capacity and the Port of Hvide Sande, also on the west coast, has been granted DKK 30 million to build new breakwaters. The remaining part of the state aid will go to road projects and noise-reducing projects in other Danish ports.
