Production of RFO in Russia grows by 0.6% to 17,8m tons in Q1, 2011

In January-March Russia produced 17,826,600 tons of residual fuel oil, a 0.6% gain from Q1, 2010, the Russian Ministry of Energy reports. In absolute terms the increase was 114,400 tons.
 
In March, Russia produced 5,864,600 tons of RFO (-3.7% or 223,800 tons vs last year’s figures).

In 2010, Russia produced 69,468,200 tons of RFO, up 8.2% from the previous year.
