Samsung Heavy Industries Co Ltd has signed a preliminary deal worth $800 million to build four liquefied natural gas ( for Golar LNG , a source said, Reuters reports.
"They signed a letter of intent at this stage," the source familiar with the matter said, declining to be identified because he was not authorised to speak to the media.
