The Board of Directors of JSC Far East Shipping Company (FESCO, the Transport Group’s core business) at a meeting on April 5 decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of stockholders on June 8, 2011, the Group’s press release said. The AGM agenda includes the approval of the annual report for 2010, the annual financial statements, including the income and loss account, the amount, timing and form of payment of dividends.
The stockholders will elect the new Board of Directors, the auditor of the company and decide on a number of transactions.
