The Board of Directors of JSC Primorsk Shipping Corporation (PRISCO) at the meeting of April 8, 2011 decided to convene the company’s stockholders Annual General Meeting on May 27th. The meeting will be held in person and the AGM agenda includes a standard range of issues, the PRISCO press release said.
