Sales of petroleum products on the Russian stock exchanges from April 4 through April 8 totaled 471,305 tons, PortNews reports citing analytical review of IAC "Cortez". Overall, there were 343 contracts signed during the period.
Total sales of petroleum products in the period surged by 56% from the previous week traded volume. The number of deals increased by 76%.
The sales volume of diesel fuel rose as much as 3.6 times to 263,000 tons. Sales of winter grades of diesel fuel amounted to 76,200 tons, summer grades fuel – to 187,800 tons. The share of diesel fuel in the structure of petroleum product sales was 56% versus 31% a week earlier, fuel oil dropped from 39% to 11%.
Last week, sales of fuel oil fell from 89,300 tons to 54,000 tons. Gazprom Neft sold 27,300 tons of fuel oil, Bashneft - 10,100 tons, Rosneft – 7,600 tons and Russneft – 6,100 tons.
