Freight traffic passing through the port of Singapore in the first quarter of 2011 increased by 1.5% from the same period of 2010, to 126 million tons, the Singapore Port Authority press release said.
Three-month volume of crude oil transshipment was down by 4.2%, while container trade rose by 2% to 7,06 million TEUs.
