The Board of Directors of JSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport (MCS) at a meeting on April 15 decided to convene the annual general meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2011, the company press release said.
The list of persons eligible to participate in the annual general meeting of shareholders will be made on April 19, 2011.
OJSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport was founded in 1994. The company operates 17 berths with total length of about 3 km. The berths depths allow accommodation of 265-m long vessels with draft of15,5 m. In 2010 Murmansk port’s cargo throughput was 12.8 million tons. The Federal Agency for State Property Management owns 25.5 percent of shares in MCS, Specialized Project Investments BV - 34.97%.
