There are no reasons for the jump of the oil prices up to the beginning of summer

Today, Victor Khristenko Minister of the industry and power of the Russian Federation has reported at the meeting of the President of the country with members of the government, that the oil refining in Russia keeps growing fast enough, so there are no reasons for the rise in prices for oil products in the domestic market. As ITAR-TASS reports, Victor Khristenko has declared: «It is evident to us, and it is confirmed by all oil companies, that all the factors influencing the prices, are stable, and there are no reasons for the jump (of prices) for March-May»
