Fangcheng port's July throughput up 57pc to 6.38 million tonnes

Southwest Fangcheng port posted a 57 per cent year-on-year growth to 6.38 million tonnes in July, setting an all-time high, reports Xinhua.

With a number of modernised terminals put into operation, Fangcheng now is the only port in south China to berth five 150,000-tonnes capesize vessels.
