Muhibbah Engineering won a RM100m ($31.2m) contract from Tanjung Kapal Services to build one platform supply vessel (PSV), Seatrade Asia reported.
The PSV will be used to supply and support deepwater operations of oil majors in operational waters of Southeast Asia region on long-term basis, according to Muhibbah Engineering.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Muhibbah Group for the current and future financial years,” the Kuala Lumpur-listed firm said in a statement.
