FTS updates port dues at three southern ports of Russia

The Federal Tariff Service of Russia (FTS) posted on its website on September 13, 2011 the updated rates of port charges to be applied at the ports of Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik and Anapa. The document is registered in the Russia’s Ministry of Justice on October 7, 2011 and is effective as of 25 October 2011.
