The total cargo throughput at sea ports of Russian Federation is projected to reach 560 million tons by this year-en, Rosmorport’s head told PortNews.
"Experts predict for 2012 the growth trend in the segment of dry cargoes, while liquid bulk volumes will likely be flat on last year’s figure," Alexander Davydenko, head of the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot).
