This morning, March 15, the ocean-going cruise liner Amadea arrived in the Port of Vladivostok. This is the first call of cruise ship in 2012, the Vladivostok City Administration said.
The cruise liner has onboard more than 600 tourists from Europe, America and Asia. The vessel will depart at night.
The middle class cruise passenger ship was built in 1991 and restyled and refitted in 2010. The ship’s LOA is 193 meters, beam – 24.7 m, draft - 6.7 m, cruising speed - 22 knots. Home port - Noumea (Bahamas).
In 2011 Vladivostok saw eight ocean-going liners arrivals. This year the port expects arrivals of the Zaandam, the Diamond Princess, the Legend of the Seas and other liners.
