President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Duran Barroso intends to insist that Russia lifting the ban on some types of Polish farm produce, his press secretary said according to Interfax.
"The president of the Commission considers this ban to be disproportionate," she told journalists.
Barroso expressed solidarity with this Polish demand in a phone conversation with the Polish Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski, she said.
