Novorossijsk Commercial Seaport sells the property of its Anapa branch

Novorossijsk Commercial Seaport (NCS) has put up the property of its Anapa branch for public sale, Interfax-Yug reports according to kuban.info. The property’s starting price is RUR 49.8 million. Requests for participation to be accepted up to December 15. The branch’s property includes passenger vessels, buildings and structures. Besides, NCS is going to yield the right for rent of land pots and berths in favor of the buyer. The decision on Anapa Seaport  liquidation was taken by the Board of Directors of NCS in October 2006.

The seaport of Anapa was founded in 1899. In 1955 the port was reorganized into the unit of Novorossijsk Commercial Seaport. Operational activities were carried out there by NCS’s branch  - Seaport of Anapa. The port is the base for five passenger vessels owned by NCS and serving local passenger lines. In summers marine tours to dolphinarium were organized from the Anapa port. Today the dolphinarium is closed.
