Russia’s ruling party taps three nominees for Murmansk Region Gov office

The "United Russia" Party will propose to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev three candidates to the post of the Governor of the Murmansk Region, the party’s press service said quoting Boris Gryzlov, chairman of the United Party’s Supreme Council.

The nominees are as follows: Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region Pavel Bogushevich, Acting Governor of the Murmansk region Marina Kovtun, General Director of OJSC Murmansk Marine Fishing Port Vladimir Sokolov.
