PortNews IAA supported by the Department of state policy in the field of maritime and river transport of the RF Ministry of Transport, Association of Sea Commercial Ports and Association of Shipping Companies will hold a specialized round table “OSRA plans in RF water area in respect of shipping companies and on-shore terminals” dedicated to development and implementation of oil spill response activities plans (OSRA plans).
The event is to be held on December 16, 2008, from 9 till 14 in the hall of the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport of the RF Transport Ministry (Petrovka 3/6). Participation is free of charge. Preliminary accreditation is required.
