A LEADING logistics and distribution facility provider ProLogis has signed a deal with a local investor in Chongqing to jointly develop a logistics park there, Xinhua reported.
The report said the facility cost CNY600 million (US$87.6 million) to build, covering an area of 8.67 hectares. Further details were not given.
ProLogis is currently managing assets worthy of US$21.9 billion with business covering 75 markets in North America, Europe and Asia.
