NEW YORK listed Ryder System, a provider of supply chain, warehousing and transportation management services, has announced that it has acquired Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics Ltd (CRSA) in Canada, as well as CRSA Logistics operations in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The companies will now operate as Ryder Transpacific Container Terminal (Ryder TCTL) and Ryder CRSA Logistics. TCTL president Doug Stewart and CRSA Logistics, vice president David Seath will continue to run Canadian and Chinese operations.
The acquisition is expected to add more than C$25 million (US$20 million) in annual revenue to the Miami-based company.
