The AP Moller-Maersk Group has announced that its latest 11,000-TEU newbuild has been named the "Eleonora Maersk" at the Odense Steel Shipyard in Denmark, where she was built.Like her predecessors, the Emma Maersk and the Estelle Maersk, the Eleonora Maersk will rank alongside the world's largest container ships.
She will be deployed on Maersk Line's worldwide service once she has been delivered.
