VSC acquires 51% of Multipurpose Transshipment-and-Forwarding Complex

Vladivostok Commercial Seaport (VCS) has acquired 51% of the authorized capital of Multipurpose Transshipment-and-Forwarding Complex LLC, Interfax reports according to RZD-Partner. Multipurpose Transshipment-and-Forwarding Complex LLC is engagedin transshipment of cargo in the port of Vladivostok. As of August 1, 100% of the company’s authorized capital were owned by UPEK-7 CJSC.
