From December 1, Vladimir Gryzlov is appointed new Director General of ECO Phoenix Holding. From 2003 he had been deputy Director General, PortNews IAA has learnt from the company. ECO Phoenix Holding was headed by Vladimir Bugayaev from 1999.
Phoenix Holding Energy Company was founded in 1994. Today it holds leading position among bunkering companies of Saint Petersburg port. In the first half of 2006 the company sold 76 155 thou tons of bunkering fuel. Besides, in 6 months the company transshipped 150 thou tons of export heavy fuel oil. The company’s fleet consists of 8 vessels: bunkering base, tankers, barges, tugboats, including Ecomar bunkering tanker. The company operates three berths and a number of fuel storage reservoirs under long-term lease agreements.
