  RZhD to adopt order for establishment of basic rate charges and discounts in HI of 2013

  

  Russian Railway OJSC plans to adopt the Order for establishment of basic rate charges and discounts in the first half of 2013, PortNews IAA learnt from the company. The Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia empowered RZhD OJSC to lower and to raise tariffs for the use of infrastructure within the range from 0.872 to 1.134 which corresponds to the possibility to provide a maximum discount of 12.8% and maximum charge of 13.4%.
