LUKOIL and Leningrad region to agree on OPP route from Primorsk to Vysotsk oil terminal
LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov and Leningrad region Governor Aleksandr Drozdenko have signed an Agreement on Cooperation between the oil company and the region. According to LUKOIL press release, the Leningrad region will facilitate the implementation of the company’s long-term projects on the construction of new and reconstruction of the existing facilities of oil and oil product transportation and storage.
In particular, the parties will cooperate in approval of the route and allocation of land for construction of a pipeline from Yaroslavl-Primorsk oil-products pipeline to RPK-Vysotsk-LUKOIL-II.
The Agreement is valid till December 31, 2016. The previous agreement between the Leningrad region Government and LUKOIL was signed on February 28, 2007.
