  Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company to sue out RUR 40 mln from Yugorsk Cement Company successor

  

  Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company OJSC (Khanty-Mansyisk) intends to sue out almost RUR 40 mln from Sibtrade LLC (Novosibirsk), a successor of Yugorsk Cement Company (YCC LLC), PortNews IAA learnt from Evgeni Kormyshov, Director General of Mezhregionflot LLC (managing organization of Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company).
  
  As Evgeni Kormyshov explained, broken stone to the amount of RUR 43,765 was delivered to port Seregino (Khanty-Mansyisk autonomous region) for YCC LLC in navigation 2009 by Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company OJSC. YCC made only a partial payment of RUR 6,363 and later RUR 2.7 mln.

  
  Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company OJSC provides services on transportation of cargoes and delivery of construction materials for the enterprises of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region, Khanty-Mansyisk autonomous region, south of the Tyumen region, Far North and the Caspian Basin.
