  Tank spare parts cleared by RF customs without law violations – RF Federal Customs Service

  

  The information about the detention of tank spare parts intended for Syria was published by the Finnish Customs at its official website. According to preliminary data of the Finnish party, it was a commercial cargo sailing from Russia to Syria, press center of RF Federal Customs Service informs.
  
  The Finnish party initiated a criminal case in the context of regulations of the EU Council prohibiting export arms to Syria. RF Federal Customs Service was informed about the cargo detention by the Finnish Customs.
  
  RF Federal Customs Service says this container with spare parts was cleared by the RF customs authorities in compliance with the RF legislation and handed over to a consignee without any violations of customs regulations applied in our country.
