Maersk Line announced plans to upgrade its Philippine Feeder Service 1 (PHI-1), effective this month.
The Danish carrier said the service will now call Shanghai, Dalian and Qingdao, China, providing direct coverage between Philippines and China as well as improved transit times for intra-Asia exports.
The 21-day rotation will be Davao, Shanghai, Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
The first vessel in the upgraded schedule will be the Fesco Argun, expected to depart Davao on March 21, the carrier stated in an announcement.
