Sergei Chizhikov appointed head of Baltic customs

Sergei Chizhikov, heading Vyborg customs has been appointed the head of Baltic Customs by the order of Andrei Belianinov, head of Federal Customs Service. As Delovoi Petersburg reports, the order was signed December 1, 2006 but Chizhikov to assume office from December 11, 2006, when authority of Alexander Chebayev, acting head of Baltic Customs, expires.
