Ukraine’s railway transportation up 4.7% in January-November 2006

Total volume of Ukraine’s railway transportation amounted to 363.110 million tons of cargo in January-November 2006 (+4.7% against year-on-year result), RZD-Partner reports. In the 11-month period the railways transported 346.833 million tons of cargo. Almost all Ukraine’s railway demonstrated growth against year-on-year result. The highest growth was at Southern railway (9.6%), South-Western (8.5%) and Trans-Dnieper (6.3%).
