Boundaries of Novorossiysk seaport have been changed (layout)

The boundaries of Novorossiysk seaport territory have been changed by the Decree of RF Government dated July 15, 2013, No 1230-Russia, says press center of FSUE Rosmorport.

The boundaries have been amended with the inclusion into the seaport limits of land plots near the cape of Penay Tsemesskaya bay, where a private investor is going to build a marine terminal on transshipment of light and dark oil products.

The project implementation will not only facilitate the increase in the number of calls to the port of Novorossiysk, but also strengthen Russia’s potential in export of oil products via seaports of the Black Sea as the new terminal is supposed to have a design capacity of 11 mln t of oil cargo per year, the statement says.
