Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation is looking into the establishment of Ust-Luga customs, IAA PortNews journalist cites FCS Deputy Head Ruslan Davydov as saying today at Russia and Baltics Port Expansion Summit in Saint-Petersburg.
The final decision can be driven by the rapid increase of declaration flow.
In the 11-month period of 2013, the number of declarations registered at Ust-Luga customs point hit 11,987 against 2,650 in the same period of the previous year.
