Andrey Zubarev has been appointed as CEO of Neva-Metal, a stevedoring division of JSC Severstal, the Company said in a press release. Mr. Zubarev replaced Mikhail Panov, who was appointed COO of Neva-Metal.

Andrey Zubarve started his carrier in Severastal in 1999 and was in charge of handling operations, safety, logistics and sales. In 2001-2012 he worked at Switzerland office Severstal Export GmbH.

In 2012 he was appointed as a Senior Manager, Charter and Port Services of Transport Logistics, Supply and Logistics Department and on November 22, 2013 he assumed duties as CEO of Neva-Metal.

Mr. Zubarev will be responsible for development of strategic measures to increase the efficiency of the company, including transshipment of ferrous metals of Cherepoveptsk Metallurgical Plant "Severstal", as well as expansion of service provided to customers.

St. Petersburg based Neva-Metal operates since 1995 on the territory of Lesnoy Mole. Since 2008, NEVA-METAL is part of Severstal Russian Steel. The stevedore company specilizes in handling and storage of ferrous metals exported by CherMK "Severstal", loading of large diameter pipes and steel billets (slabs). The terminal operator also provides a full range of services for handling and storage of containers, general and bulk cargoes.
