Russia's Ministry of Natural Resources (Minprirody) has received a letter from Head of Rosprirodnadzor (the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Usage) Mr. Sergey Sai suggesting that the activity of his deputy Oleg Mitvol should be officially inspected, the Ministry's press service told AK&M.
