Loading of Ukraine’s refineries down 2.2% in 11M06

Loading of Ukraine’s refineries fell by 2.2% in January-November 2006 against year-on-year result. It makes 32.6% against 34.8% in January-November 2005, Ukraine’s Ministry of fuel and energy reports according to RBC. Total idle period amounted to 895 days in January-November 2006. In the 11-month period the delivery to Ukraine’s refineries totaled 12.037 million tons of oil, 21.3% of which was produced in Ukraine and 78.7% - in Russia. Besides, gas treatment facilities received 774.5 thou tons of gas condensate produced in Ukraine (-23.3 thou ton against January-November 2005. Distillation of oil and gas condensate declined 24.8% over the reported period – to 12.880 million tons. Gasoline production fell by 17.7%, diesel fuel – by 22.6%, heavy fuel oil – by 40.6%.
