Ports of Feodisia and Yevpatoria will be closed, Vice PM of Crimea says

The ports located within the boundaries of Feodosia and Yevpatoria will be closed, Rustam Temirgaliyev, first deputy Prime Minister of Crimea stated at his Facebook page.

New highway will be built between Yalta, Alushta and Feodosia. Crimean authorities are now completing the development of a project on the area planning scheme. The document will be submitted to RF Government for approval by June 1, 2014, the statement says.

“The project was developed by the institute which was engaged in the designing of the Olympic facilities in Sochi. The location of industrial and recreational areas at the peninsula is supposed to be quite interesting. At last, Crimea obtains a comprehensive development project with future facilities associated with certain locations,” Rustam Temirgaliyev writes.

Besides, the statement says Simferopol and Kerch will be linked by a direct railway.
