Transport complex of Odessa region decreased cargo transportation by 0.9% in 11M06

Cargo transportation in Odessa region totaled 34.3 million tons in January-November (-0.9% against year-on-year result) regional state administration reports according to RBC-Ukraine. Volume of cargo delivered by railway grew by 1% to 22.8 million tons, motor transport – by 2% - to 5.5 million tons, by water transport – decreased by 9.5%  to 6 million tons. Transportation of passengers fell by 2.8% - to 214.8 million people, including 4.4% decrease in transportation by motor transport – to 182.6 million people, 5.9% decrease in transportation by water transport – to 86.3 thou people, and 8.2% growth in transportation by railway – to 32 million people.
