Valery Levchenko appointed Director General of Vyborg Shipyard

Valery Levchenko has been appointed Director General of Vyborg Shipyard, the company reports. The decision was adopted by the Board of Directors held on December 15. Levchenko’s share  in the company’s authorized capital makes 0.009%. He holds 0.0009% of the company’s ordinary shares.

Levchenko Valery Grigorievich was born June 6, 1951 in Krasnodar region. In 1973 he graduated from shipbuilding department of Leningrad Water Transport Institute with a specialization of a mechanical engineer. Levchenko’s last position was Director General of Baltijsky Zavod held in January-October 2006.

Vyborg Shipyard OJSC specializes in construction of sea platforms for development of the fields at the self as well as construction of small and average capacity vessels. the company’s authorized capital totals RUR 213.684 thou divided into 373.948 thou ordinary and 53.420 thou preferred shares with a nominal value of RUR 0.5 each. AKO BARRS Group holds 75.6% of the company’s stock.
