Cargo turnover of Kaliningrad Commercial Seaport down 11.3% in 11M06

Cargo turnover of Kaliningrad Commercial Seaport fell by 11.3% in January-November 2006, year-on-year, to 3.593 million tons, the company’s press center reports according to RZD-Partner. The decrease is attributed to regular increase of tariffs at Byelorussian and Lithuanian railways.
