Share of Sovcomflot's Russian customers to be increased to 60%

Sovcomflot OJSC plans to increase the share its Russian customers from 50% to 60% in the nearest future, PortNews IAA learnt from Sergei Frank, Director General of Sovcomflot. “Today we have equal number of Russian and foreign customer but we try to enlarge the share of Russian charterers to about 60%,” Frank said. He has not specified the period having said it depends on market situation. “Probably it will be possible next year,” Frank said. “We expand our operation in the port of Primorsk. Our company was the first to call into the port of Vysotsk and we continue our intense operation there”.
