The Sheskharis Oil Terminal at Novorossiisk is closed to tanker dockings because of a gale and sea swell of as much as 2 meters, a local port agent said Thursday, RZD-Partner reports.
No vessels were docked at the terminal, where tankers collect 1 million-barrel consignments of Urals crude, Novorossiisk-based Seatrade Maritime said in a report, reports The Moscow Times.
