OJSC State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) will take part in renovation of the fleet intended for operation in the Arctic, IAA PortNews journalist cites Vladimir Dobrovolsky, Deputy Director General of STLC, as saying at the 5th International Conference “Arctic Logistics”.
According to him, average age of Arctic fleet is 27 y.o. The Company has the experience of financing the programmes on fleet renovation. In 2014, STLC financed the construction of three sea-and-river going tankers.
OJSC State Transport Leasing Company entered the market of leasing services in 2001 as a CJSC Leasing Company of Civil Aviation. The Company obtained its current name in 2006. 100% of the Company are held by the state. In 2011, STLC entered the list of TOP-5 leasing companies in Russia and was acknowledged by Expert RA agency as the fastest growing company.
