CMA CGM implements Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

CMA CGM has decided to implement an Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge as from July 1st, 2015 (date of discharge):
 From all Asian ports
 To or via Dammam (Riyadh quotations will also be subject to this Emergency PCS)
 All cargo
 On Collect basis only
 USD 100 per 20' - USD 200 per 40'
